I think it will be the same as the tobacco smoking ban in Irish pubs (the first to introduce the coming ban in europe).
The media, big tobacco, 'informed' commentators and opposition politicians all raved about a revolution in ireland if they stopped the irish from smoking in pubs...
What happened?
Nothing.
Folk just accepted it.
They go outside the door to smoke.
The same with cannabis.
People will be saying: "what was all the fuss about?"
