BANNOCKBURN, IL / ACCESSWIRE / November 14, 2016 / ID Global Corporation (OTC:IDGC)has announced the appointment of Ken Berscht
as Chairman of the Board of Directors. The appointment is part of the Company's launch of a new business strategy lead by Mr. Berscht. Mr. Berscht will be announcing new Executive Officers and Directors, as he transitions into the CEO position, and assumes the day to day administrative tasks of operating a public company.
Mr. Berscht is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario where he received a degree in Honours Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business. Mr. Berscht has been a member of the investment dealers' association of Canada and has qualified as a General Principal with the NYSE. He has served as president and director of many companies with emphasis on the natural resources' industry. He is a member of the Society of Mining, metallurgy, and engineering and is a senior member of the Rotary Club.
Mr. Berscht has been a mutual fund administrator in the Cayman Islands where he managed an oil and gas fund for middle-eastern clients. He is also a partner with a firm in Taiwan where he has assisted in a financing in a mining venture in Ireland.
