NTEK stopped uploading paramount flicks because the employees who were uploading the movies either quit due to non payment or were let go when NTEK shut down 4k studios.

NTEK is literally just Phil and Jeff Foley working from home trying to fight off multiple million dollar lawsuits. All of their offices/locations are closed up to save cash.
