The Article of Amendment was done 3/7/16 and is not reflected in the 5/6 Filed 3/31/16 Quarterly for some reason.

At one time there was 15Billion Authorized but R/S took care of all that.

In short, Looks like it is indeed 800M a/s. unclear on O/S though
