The way a legit CEO tells shareholders there's something going on with their company is through either a press release or an 8-K filing.
In my opinion something is going on beneath the surface and their way of telling us was through the transactions last couple months
On the other hand, the way an insider makes a lot of money is to buy on information before it's released to the general public.
That's not to say that the information that might be released has anything to do with the current known business but something else entirely that is only intended to create enough momentum to sell into.
If this is the case, it won't happen until the Spring, though. I guess this is where patience in playing the OTC comes in. All anyone can do is wait. And wait. And wait.
And then, wait a little longer.
You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
