Hi rickn, I may have posted that one but I was not the person who contacted Powell. Below is a more recent post by the same fellow that appeared on the Fan Club Facebook Site , on November 15. Now was this after the 8k or before ? We have to check. Whatever rickn, the sad reality is we are in the dark until Benny Powell is in a position to release the really important info we are waiting for. I think he is between a rock and a hard place and is trying every which way to right the awful circumstances we are in but that is only my take on this situation. Great possibilities but no Cigar. Just a quick blanket update to everyone regarding the status of ZWAG BOX and products. We have been working to resolve the supply and fulfillment issues that have plagued us since launch and we are being assured that they should all be handled. But until we are 100% certain that 100% of orders have been processed, we have suspended ALL renewal billings across the board. Please know that EVERYONE will receive all boxes and items ordered in total and nobody will be missed. Also to this end, we are looking to bring aboard a more professional management team for customer service and other key positions to liaison between the facets and help bridge communications. Too much has fallen through the crack due to sheer volume, and for that we are truly sorry. No matter what, however, rest assured, not a single box user will be missed… and every single person will get everything that they ordered. We guarantee that. In other news, we have selected a charity to work with, and our donations will be going to them this week. We will let them lead the charge in the announcement so that there can be no question. We are excited to help others and that your continued support will affect the lives of many others. We will get back on track here shortly.
