Some months ago Heat management turned their back on a capital raise saying that they had been presented with other alternatives. Two that come to mind are partnerships or a buyout. I would think that we shall soon hear which alternative they have chosen...or if they have gone back to the idea of a capital raise. I would expect that all the warrants have now been exercised so they might now have around $10 million cash and 27 million shares fully diluted. I would not be surprised if a partnership exceeded a billion in up front and milestone payments with double digit royalties. And a buyout? 30,40,50, who knows...but IMO the company is worth a lot more than CPXX!
