It is never 100% dilution, there's other manipulation at play here including people trying to push the price lower for their own benefit because they haven't had chance to buy in yet.

14s were hit and the wall dropped. 13s were not hit and there was a massive wall there larger than the one at 14s. 14s then rebuilt and it grew back ending at 15s.

Scaring this down to trips won't work. Just buy in or move on, either is fine.
