Was there malicious intent by management if the sought out goal is not reached in a timely fashion?
Did management, insiders line their own pockets as proposed efforts did not find their way to an actual positive material event?
On the cross they should go, ridiculed for failure, for falling short on the promises they laid out along the way?
I think not...
