Col, i can't believe you are continuing to suggest there is any connection between the two when there isn't.

Cromulent Labs is a small San Fran startup that has apps that work on top of the Uber and Lyft apps. they are essentially a reseller of Uber and Lyft and have absolutely nothing to do with FARE.

FACTS are very important.

if you think FARE should go after Cromulent legally, that's fine, but there is absolutely no connection between the two.

it really isn't that difficult to understand, straight from Cromulent's website...

"This product uses the Uber Platform but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by Uber. The Uber app is still required to book a ride."
"This product uses the Lyft Platform but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by Lyft. The Lyft app is still required to book a ride."

once again, Cromulent makes an app called Hail Yes that requires either the Uber app or Lyft app to function.
