If there was HailYES mattresses. Someone can not come along and put a space between the words and use the name Hail Yes mattresses, or use Capitol letters to avoid TM infringement or licensing fees. (Especially with world wide coverage). One must change it completely like... HailYup.

That's like saying your going to open a
Home Depot beside HomeDepot. Lol.

Now if your industry is completely different, one can be called HailYES Apps and another called HailYes mattresses. That's perfectly fine. That said, maybe they were unaware and just chose Hail Yes ignorantly which would be odd considering how world Moto came up with that name. If you read the history It actually started with YES (e-commerce service) and later evolved to HailYes (e-commerce and ride hailing). Just strange to pick a name out of thin air and call your new app Hail Yes. Coincidence?? I think not, but we shall see in the Q's
