It's really not relevant. If it was then companies wouldn't be required to follow the rules and release updated financials. At this point of SWET the passed financials are irrelevant. Nobody has any idea what has gone on with their finances since then. It comes down to if an investor thinks the company is dead due to not releasing new financials or if the investor thinks they have been working on stuff under the table that could result in a soon PR
