NSD That is what I have been stating since the EPA approval which is the first step. EM needed this in order to sell stock into the price rise to pay their salaries.Certain members of this board apparently are burying their head in the sand about the needed FDA approval. I have e-mailed MZEI for a clarification , but have not received a response. Not surprised at all. FDA is notorious as a snail pace at reviewing applications. Just when you think they have everything required they pull rabbits out of their hat and want more. I learned this from my experience with small bio-tech companies that I invest in. FDA approval look at 2-3 years from application submittal. imo

Hope I am wrong, we will see.
