"Mike, obviously, I have to be very careful not to try to promote or pump things up. However, per legal counsel, I can talk about where we want to go understanding that there are no guarantees. So here are my thoughts as well as intentions. Understand though nothing is etched in stone, and as the situation dictates I believe in taking swift and clear action.

With GREI, first, we want to end the year strong, continue to implement our plans, with a goal of showing a profit if we can at year end.

At this point, we are waiting on FINRA to approve the name and symbol change. We have no idea how long this will take and we cannot put a timeline on this. We do know that it looks like by the end of the month, we would have met our reporting requirements, so with GREI we expect to be public and fully reporting. When and if this occurs, because we have completed our audit and on time with our quarterly review as well as all reporting requirements, at a minimum we will look to list on OTCQB or X with the goal of a NASDAQ listing. Again, these are goals and how I see things unfolding in a perfect world.

We know that some may think that GREI is pricey right about now; however, personally I have other thoughts. We do have some ideas in mind and steps that we look to take after the name and symbol change, and we are fully reporting. Hopefully, we can address the price picture by focusing on returning shareholder value. Over time, I am cautiously optimistic that we can see even more growth.

Make a long story short - we have just begun – I expect there is much more to come. "
