Why would you hear any complaints? Apparently the Chinese community is better able to assimilate, integrate and learn the language. I read somewhere that if you're a student wishing to enter the CA public university system and you happen to be ethnic chinese that's adisadvantage because there are too many over qualified applicants....Hmmmmm wonder why?
