Crayola will cancel the $ZMRK license as Zalemark has to be in default. They have not made the minimum payments due. Or have they? If you look at the Q3 financials Hie Su Moon bought seven million restricted shares for a penny per share. She gave Zalemark $70,000. Did Steven Zale make a side deal with her so he could make some payments to Crayola or Mars/M&M's? Or was she just suckered in by the felon's charm? We shall see.
