chuckbits, let's say this is correct:

http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=126803323

and robert w. roche wants to own as much of the RVUE shell as possible. where does the detective work lead us?

we first must note in the time he funded RVUE for $90K a month (since january of 2016) their website was never updated beyond 2014, nor was their twitter feed trying to reach out to potential customers with offers of RVUE services. all the tweets were about general trends in the #DOOH market.

at the time, i figured roche was waiting to own 51% and once that happened he would start "going big" with RVUE's core #DOOH business.

and he may still do that.

but what if he doesn't care about it?

given the liquidation preference, if roche is willing to sell off the RVUE core biz to satisfy a default on $200K... it's not as valuable as getting the 2.5X $200K liquidation preference... in RVUE shares.

yes, i'm repeating myself a bit, but it's to ask a question:

"are RVUE's shares, as generic equity in a trading vehicle, more valuable than the assets in the shell?"

reading between the lines, that appears to be the case.

so what does the current #DOOH entity have besides the $330K in sofware, etc.?

what would give it value independent of those assets?

is it something to do with tax advantages of an accumulated deficit of 14,958,306?

is the RVUE shell an M&A vehicle that can offset profitable private ventures, once acquired?
