ERHE has paid Deloitte for the consulting work related to finding a solution for their End Game!

Deloitte has to find a buy for asset(s), find a partner or find a buyer. all of which should be on a commission basis.

All of ERHE'S assets are for sale in part or as a whole, regardless of how dormant or useless they may appear to be.

ERHE has maybe enough money to last until mid or late March 2017 in my opinion. Selling CD'S will not help unless the share price moves north in a hurry.

Just more facts as I see them. I could be wrong.

Waiting for 10-K to lift some fog.
