Great news.
This is a good point for IPCI credibility; no more room for speculating if or when or...they filed, as indicated whithin 4Q 2016.

This is also going to push away some possible market manipulation made by all those shorters and flip-floppers.

The company is really approaching a new era; now I'm with those who believe we well hear about partnership sooner than later.
