Why?

Why was anyone talking about this dogsh*t other than, perhaps, to discuss the proceedings of the Bigelow case?

This thing was just a spinoff from David and (in particular in this instance) Donna Levy's stuff.

From the Bigelow case, both Emerging World Pharma, Inc. (“EWPI”), SMC Entertainment, Inc. (“SMCE”)are very connected to Stephen Taub as well as Bigelow.

I mean, the whole thing was designed as a scam from the start, plain as day.

I ran into this while looking at a larger boiler room fraud case I've been working on for a while that kind of relates to Taub, anyone interested can contact me.
