Nope, that's a APPLICATION, nott a granted patent.

Applications publish 18 months after the priority date (often the US filing date for US applicants).

That is just an APPLICATION that published, nott a patent. A majority of applications never become patents - the claims are rejected over prior art, obviousness, non-utility, and a variety of other reasons - including the applicant just gives up after awhile.

That's an old application, nott a patent. And an OLD application at that.

Granted and issued US patents are seven digits - like US 1,234,567.

Don't call an application a patent, it's nott - it's an application.
