Yep

Anyone who spins the CEO getting 25 million shares in compensation at .006 (500% over market) as a negative should not be investing.

And the CEO via email (see my post) made it clear that the voting rights awarded to ensure control does not affect the AS.

As revenues increase and pps follows the impact on future debt will be limited.

I see an eventually share buy back and uplisting to a higher exchange.

OTCQB is first step once we get over .01 and stay there.

OTC pinks are infected with flippers that do no DD.
