I have level 2 and streaming time and sales. I see every trade going off. 80% of the trades being on the bid is a gross exaggeration. More simply put, its just not true.

Regardless, everytime someone sells someone is buying from them and vice-versa. Every trade in the market is a buy and a sell. Obviously there is strength on the bid and people still willing to buy from the sellers. If there weren't still buyers taking the stock from the sellers, the stock would crash. Especially a small float like this, and that is just not happening with RSPG.

BTW: The last trade was at 2.47 a mere .04 off yesterday's closing price.
