Neither matter Bertha...

The only thing that matters is the fact that investors lost their money under the same CEO and in a similar manner.
In Both occasions investors were mislead to believe things that were said by leadership.
Through press releases, personal letters to share holders, and conference calls.

Promises of uplisting, the share price not being diluted under 50 cents amongst other statements were bold face lies.
The only promise that was partially followed through on was giving out extra Mobeego's to certain shareholders.
For some that "free" mobeego cost a pretty penny... namely some people's entire investment.

The only thing that matters in my opinion is how many investors lost or were swindled out of their money.
