PO'd here would be an understatement.

Asking the SEC to do an investigation for an insignificant company like ERHC is one thing but when the violations are there under their noses its difficult to accept that they do nothing and apparently nothing can be done because the system is stacked in favour of one person at the top of the systemic pyramid !

Shareholders put up the capital but mean nothing and have no protection in a system that is rife with corruption !!
