Solar city is not in the profit stage yet it was still enticing to someone who is interested in the future. WSTI is the future. I believe the CEO is trying to hang on until he can get someone to fund the company or buy it. He could have easily thrown in the towel by now and he hasn't. The company has a good name and he can't tarnish it by doing a reverse split the price would just run back down. On the other hand if he announced some new finances the stock would begin it's long or short road to recovery.
