it has been a long time since being here on this site
I check in to see TMMI lost its long time suit about ownership of the code.
The Judge was pretty clear in her findings even though I still think the other side are questionable in there ethics
So its a done deal TMMI as it relates to the VDK code is dead in the water.
So I know assume like I said many times in the past I was with them to the end. And the fat lady being the judge has sung her findings.
So I guess this now means my shares in TMMI become official wall paper.
To sell at 3-4 cents I guess I can recoup a bit but not much.
My gamble did not pay off but that is how it goes with pink sheet over the counter stocks.
I have no hard feelings to the tech.
I do have hard feelings for two people
Idiot Gerry ( quite the President)and Ang( god knows what you were ) for your complicit hand in completely screwing up a company that had so much potential.
Hope you enjoy using whatever shares you had to now wipe your butt or stick on the wall as a distant memory.
Sorry TMMI supporters but I guess our ship has sunk.
Dam oh well onto my next investment
Think I will try my hand at the Bud stock which seems to be just smoking along
