EPGL uses others facilities....universities...thus free if your a professor. They don't even have their own facility. How are they positioned perfectly?

Long term shareholders with millions of shares can't get out of this stock. Without volume you are stuck. With volume there is a very slight possibility of selling the total stock without making transaction fee for each lump sum. This is why I been taking out whatever I could but making sure my costs stay low.
