could be they will move to december, probably it is not up to them.

I think that it is becoming more apparent that the NDA filing seems to be linked to the PODRAS patent (as someone have many times hypothized here).

If that's the case, it will be most likely than not that the partnership Agreement involves in some form the PODRAS technology.

Maybe then if there is some selling it will be instantaneously more than recovered once the catalyst hit, which shoould happen sooner than later.

In the mean time let's hope for a ready to be market drug ANDA approval.
