This Max fellow has to know something or is very close to the company in some way.

He shows up mid 2015 and buys 18million shares at .0001 ngbl/mdbx never hit .0001 in mid 2015.

Then he shows up a year later buying tons of sharez, some of which are at insane prices.

Something is happening, good or bad I dont know? They might just want people to think something is happening just to keep interest up until the gov makes a move.

That is my opinion!
