To my knowledge from research I did 15+ months ago is they sold their company for pennies on the dollar during the bankruptcy proceeding. At some point the court will either give the money or pay the creditors. But this case went to the supreme court that threw out the bankruptcy ruling. Its been 10 years. Only have 50k shares. I will ride it out because you never know. Could be a nice clean shell. This could re-emerge with no debt and a many millions in dollars.

Its a low float play. Low O/S play as well.

Earlier this year they were hiring like 10 positions to start a communication company again as there is CEO of another company helping to bring value to CVST.
