That's one thing I really like about Bob Corr. If someone comes up with a really good idea that would advance the cause of the company he's willing to both listen and act upon it.

CEO's who think they 'know it all' usually don't, and they also miss out on a lot of really good opportunities by not listening to the people who own their stock. In the case of Johnsonville Brats, whose CEO I lived next door to in Wisconsin one summer, his Secretary is the person who suggested creating their website and providing online slaes. She now runs their entire Online Marketing Operation - which has been very profitable.

RSHN will go far because everybody pitches in to help make good ideas work.
