I put a call into Howard. Of course he is not available, not in the office is what I was told. I know we need to give him time to get the business working, but I have had enough and felt that since I have no choice about giving him more time, I would give him a piece of my mind also.

And yes, even if this thing goes up to .18 tomorrow, I still feel all this that has occurred, (or should I say, NOT occurred) in the past couple of weeks, is totally unacceptable and inappropriate if you care to build a growing company with any kind of shareholder loyalty. Doesn't matter what price this damn thing is, at .45 or even $1.50, it will still have been a bad judgement to trust the company, because it is currently inappropriately managed and manipulated, all assisted by the CEO's less than competent management of the situation with regard to shareholder concerns. Of course, it may be totally well managed with regard to CEO concerns and benefits, but certainly not for shareholders, and THAT is the angle that matters here in the market.
So, Yes, I will still be complaining and suspicious, even if it goes to $5 and I am a millionaire - I despise being lied to!!!!! Howard lied, he said on a couple of occasions that the 10Q would NOT be late.
