Looks like it's gonna be wallowing around down here for a bit imo. Really confusing prospectus and 8k to read, for me anyhow.

Now, the company has until 13 Dec to regain compliance with NSDQ listing requirements. If they don't regain that compliance prior to the 13 Dec deadline they can and I'm pretty sure will ask for a 180 calendar day extension and imo should/would be granted one. If they still can't regain compliance in that 180 day extension they can always effect a r/s.

They have so many irons in the fire right now, maybe too many. Anyhow it would be hard to believe that they don't have news stacking up.
