Again, the only thing you can confirm is July 1st, 2017, a new law takes effect.

You don't know that a lab doesn't exist, all you know is they won't tell you where the lab is. You don't know if and whether they are in the process of certifying the lab.

What I do know is, they've shown up to conferences, taken the time to respond to my message, and added job postings.



Stating they will be out of business July 1st, 2017 is a blatant and complete lie, you can't just state things you don't know because you think that's what will happen. You can say, there is a chance they will be out of business by July 1st, 2017 if the Lab that you haven't seen or confirmed exists does not meet the requirements. Again though that's if you know that law isn't amended, changed or nullified, a lot can change in 8 months.

Quit stating facts unless you have real evidence to back it up. Saying they haven't posted financials is not proof that financials don't exist.


I have stock in this company, and I would appreciate it if you quit trying to kill it completely.

If this company's stock rebounds in the future, which there is that possibility, you won't look very smart. However there's nothing we can do at this point but wait and watch.
