IMO GNID will execute PHASE 2, the "true" GNID shareholders will get front row seats to the GNID Flippers. As I said when you sell 700k shares for the amount in my pocket, GNID is attracting the Phase 2 Shareholder, probably earlier than they had scheduled in the business plan.
