Well I have no idea who is running the show here but you can gladly have John Hollister back if you would like.

Hollister resigned from NCAP on November 13th to be CEO of SM_FI. SM_FI was a very thinly traded stock for a long time, 3 days after Hollister showed up SM_FI started experiencing a ton of dilution, it seems unlikely this is a coincidence IMO.
