And dilute the common more? I'd sue! Also, we'd lose foreign and institutional investors who had relied on their preferred status. Also preferreds may sue if the PPS drops after the conversion.

Tim Howard statements don't mean anything. Neither does Ackman's. They both have biased viewpoints. A change to a utility model would require shareholder approval.
