Be vocal.

The best we can hope is that something good comes from the bankruptcy proceedings.

Write, call, fax the US Trustee. You may be afraid to have your name floating out there. Don't be. IMSC management and their attorneys are actually counting on that fact. The last thing they want is a vocal investor base. That's why they floated the Zapata nonsense, to distract investors long enough to push through the bankruptcy.

So, do it... just send in a note. Can be as simple as what's below. Or, list out all the strange things that have gone on with this company.

Dear Mr. Fox,

I am an investor in Implant Sciences (IMSC).

I have doubts as to whether Implant Science's management and Board of Directors has been appropriately acting on behalf of shareholders. I am also concerned that the relationship and potential collusion between the lender (Platinum Partners/DMRJ) and Implant Science's management has impacted the ability of Implant Sciences management to effectively represent the company and its shareholders.

Shareholders are counting on your support to ensure we are treated fairly and that any/all fraud or abuse contributing to the current state of Implant Sciences is identified and addressed.

Thank you,
