That is a possible scenario but doesn't have high odds. Moro needed cash and even approached JP Turner, one of the lowest of the low, so if he wanted cash, why not trade off some royalties for needed cash while he was making the deal. Get the stock price up a bunch instead of running on fumes so the secondary cash(stock) would be less dilutive and not fall back to the penny range. Also, are you stating that royalties are on profits? I will have to read that part again but deals are never done that way. Gross sales rather than profits are the key to not having royalties manipulated.

Give me some more reasons and lets see if you hit the one I suspect and BTW, it is not that RECAF might be worthless.
