Consider this, a PCAOB auditing firm has overseen the financials for the majority of this year. They just transitioned to monte carlo accounting, which if you are not aware is one of the most in depth means of financial mapping you can get http://www.investopedia.com/articles/investing/112514/monte-carlo-simulation-basics.asp.

Why would a company on the pink sheets use this method? Why would a company engage with a firm like EisnerAmper (http://www.eisneramper.com/). Why would a company like Monarch Bay Securities (now Bousted Securities)?

My assumption is that they wouldn't unless they were planning to do something much bigger than be "just another pink sheet company"

To this point we've seen this company crush records on a quarterly and annual basis. They could even outpace the original guidance they gave at the end of last year to exceed that initial $16m mark for the year. If you listed to the conf call yesterday, you would have heard A LOT of information that points toward a much larger end game for this company and the team that they've amassed not just internally but externally via the auditing firm and investment banking firm tells me that this is not just your typical OTC. For that, I will be accumulating for the big picture
