I wonder...do you think the LOI is "pending" waiting for a grow license? If they do manage to get the license and start growing on this 150 acre farm, will a larger corporation come in and buy them out to get around the 5 year wait period?

This company has seriously set itself up for some ridiculous control over this sector if all the cards fall in the right places. I'm shocked we haven't seen buyout rumors already. what do you guys think?
