Does it really matter? Charts are unreliable , at best, for penny stocks with no MM sponsorship and a history of serial dilution as the only way they raise money to stay afloat.

Investors "accumulating" might think PHOT can be easily manipulated and may temporarily go higher. Manipulation was just one reason PHOT got suspended by the SEC and demoted to the grey market.

Now that it is on the pink sheets, it has no MM sponsorship and is pretty much like being on the grey market again.
The SEC and FINRA warn about co's like this.

The big risk is if financiers call in a formal default and require PHOT to hand over all their assets in foreclosure, effectively shutting down PHOT and its business.
