Well I was told the warrants are not cashless as I thought them to be. So the 4.8M raise is based on common shares alone at 75¢ which none of those shares should be hitting the OS right now since we are trading lower. If the warrants convert, they'll convert at 75¢ but more importantly the company will get the same revenue stream from warrant conversion as they would from selling common shares. Hence warrants are not cashless. I thought they offered at 37.5¢ for a combined unit of share and warrant at 75¢ but in reality the combined unit was offered at $1.50.
