I agree in a way. I believe Naked Shorting happens and market makers take advantage of poor management decisions to manipulate the price. It gets evil when the MM's use bashers, even negative press they create to drive a price down. Don't think that's happening here. I just think that PBLS might have opened the door with some bone head decisions. So to me, both are to blame IMO.
