Yeah, it's hard to say, was either a straight up private purchase or shares were exchanged in lieu of the many loans he has given them, I really have no idea. Whatever the case the market finally seems to be reacting a little bit too it.

Probably should have picked up some of those .02's and .03's that were available when I first started looking at this. I wasn't sure if micro-cap investors would ever catch on though, they usually don't like ones like this that are 100% real and 100% verifiable......they tend to prefer the mystery of the unknown, ones that can be hyped up to epic magnitudes and no one can prove otherwise.

OTC investors like those companies who's headquarters are PO Boxes or someones basement.... not 140,000 square foot facilities such as LUVU has....lol.....sad but true.
