Just my opinion. I don't think a MM would have any interest in CHRO at this time. I beleave the small buyers and sellers under 10k or day traders who will sell on a couple ticks up. The others are past managment and some old share holders who has a lot of shares at a little cost. When big news hits. A lot of these people will get taken out. Investors accumulating now will make some serious money.
