Noted. To each their own. I guess you only lose if you sell lower than you buy. I, myself, plan to let this sit and D.R.I.P. for the next 20yrs, buying more here and there.

I agree with your outlook for the next six months. Pretty predictable if you go with the normal pattern of a REIT. The strategy is: do you try to time the bottom, or buy and let time make up the difference with dividends (and more cheap shares if you DRIP)?
