oh and why couldnt they do this deal before the dilution reverse split? bottom line the stock is 23 cents and every shareholder is down a fortune of money since the prior bascom scam. so what will happen here they will buy stock at A BUCK run it up and then dump on all the new sucker shareholders. same scam as 3 years ago just instead of Hudson bay they have a KOREAN FIRM.
