I have to say this resort looks pretty sweet. The earthworks are complete and they will start construction on the buildings in early 2017. Once completed it will be valued at around $230M, should be finished in 2018. I believe the project is basically fully funded already.

Probably not a stock that will take off right away but could be a good longer term hold.
